International and Sharia Law Banned in OK

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma voters have approved a measure that would prohibit judges from considering international law or Islamic law when deciding cases.

Allen H. Wise at newsok.com writes, "Is Sharia law a benign set of legal standards? Not according to Nonie Darwish, author of "Cruel and Unusual Punishment: The Terrifying Global Implications of Islamic Law", who lived a life dictated by the totalitarian Sharia laws that controlled politics, economics, banking, employment, business laws, marriage, divorce, child rearing and custody, sexuality, sin, punishment, and social issues. Nations in which Sharia laws rule have no freedom of speech, press or religion. Sharia law is a tool of totalitarianism and oppression."

Progressives want you and me reduced to the lowest global denominator, disenfranchised masses whose duty it is to obey their political or religious masters. Ironically, the US Progressives calculate that they will be above the fray and become part of the global elite. It inspires them to contemplate a new world order, world governance initiatives, and global redistributions of wealth. To this end they want the US to look like Europe or, eventually, Communist China. The US would become a multi-cultural society with its Constitutional freedoms lost and responsive only to the State’s authority. To this end Progressives want to embrace international law and impose appeasement and subordination through bogus standards of political correctness and tolerance.

An America that excels runs contrary to their Progressive global ambitions. They want us “cut down to size” and more fully integrated into the more primitive world community. The United Nations and its antics provide insight into the latter. To these international Progressives, America can be reduced to the status of a 19th century colony to be properly exploited. Their strategic error is that they believe they can “strike a deal” and live in harmony with the assorted fascists around the globe. Islam should be one of these fascist concerns.

Merriam-Webster defines fascism as “a political philosophy, movement, or regime…that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.” That fairly describes Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, etc…. It fairly describes the Muslim ghettos in Europe where national authority is barely present and Sharia law is employed. Islam is an all-encompassing ideology that can be accurately characterized as totalitarian. Many Muslims in the US have not had to overtly choose Sharia over the Constitution but the agents of the Muslim Brotherhood in the US are working toward that end. For now the Islamic faithful will remain in the shadows until the Progressives open the door for them.

In each and all of the Progressive scenarios the United States of America and its People become the victims of international fascist schemes. Unfortunately, the internationalists have their agents here at home. For love of money and power these agents seek to destroy the fabric of our nation. The revolting fact is that the most dangerous of these Progressives have infiltrated schools, churches, unions, the courts and government. The fact that their initiatives run contrary to our Constitution begs their actions to be described as treasonous.

For decades we have been purposefully exposed to attacks on our economy, our schools, our churches, our morality, our families, and our founding principles. The fact that conservatives constitute a majority makes the trend that much more odious. Let us hope that the awakening of America and the midterm elections of 2010 represent an historical turning point. Progressives must be confronted and defeated. We may be able to accomplish the task at the ballot box but only if we repeat our 2010 success in 2012 and 2014.

Make no mistake, the hyenas of the world remain close and await their opportunity to feed on our carcass. We will remain safe only if we remain true to our Constitutional principles and allow nothing to trump the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land.
