The TSA was transformed after 9-11. Private security employees earning not much more than minimum wage became low-level federal bureaucrats with the power to destroy lives. The Nazi and Soviet Bloc experience should have been enough to make us guard against small-minded bureaucrats with authority. Their default setting is to overstep their authority.

Because I am retired military and have insight into proper security measures I will not exhaust the areas that have not been adequately covered by the TSA. Your body scanner nude photo does not make you any more secure once you fasten your seatbelt on the plane. You are not secure if you OPT OUT from the body scanner. Opting out only takes you to the next level of personal degradation; you will be sexually assaulted by a TSA minion. Adults are not the only prey; boys and girls are also groped. There is nothing redeeming or exculpatory that can be said regarding a stranger fondling my wife’s breasts and crotch. There is much that is redeeming and exculpatory when I cold-cock the pervert that touches my wife.

It is time to write to your representatives at State and Federal level and demand an end to the security charade that now works against the decency and the morals of the majority of Americans. Israeli security employs none of the childish and ineffective techniques we employ in the US. We strip-search every passenger but most bags and cargo are stored below you and have not been checked….at all. Food caterers and food deliveries are not vetted nor inspected. We could challenge the background checks performed on all airport personnel. The list goes on.

In the name of political correctness and a fallacious attempt by the mediocre to appear to be adept and vigilant, we are subjected to procedures that violate our personal integrity and amount to illegal search and seizure. It includes seizure because the body scanner photos that TSA has stored can be “fleshed out” with photoshop or other video editing program. TSA, an introduction to adult and child porn!!!

This sick attempt to subject Americans to degrading violations of privacy and decency is to be expected in totalitarian countries. It is unconstitutional and I would like to know where the ACLU and other organizations stand on this issue. If it is justified by the Patriot Act then it must see the light of day and be corrected. Tyrants always use a crisis to sell us security; the price is always less liberty.

I will call my elected leaders tomorrow and I will call the ACLU. I will call the TSA as well. And if you are a TSA minion and think you will touch my wife, do so having been forewarned. I will gladly accept arrest but you will remember me for the rest of your life. I cannot respect any fellow citizen who would volunteer to work for an organization that allows him or her to fondle the genitals of law-abiding Americans. The TSA has crossed the line.

Each of you must decide how docile you will remain while your fellow Americans are sexually assaulted or photographed in the nude by TSA bureaucrats. Stop and think because many “decent” Germans and fellow Jews did nothing as the anti-Semitic genocide took place. Bureaucrats only know how to add procedures and blindly obey their regulations. It is time for Americans to speak out.

Requirements: All candidates for Transportation Security Screener must have:

•Proof of U.S. citizenship
•High school diploma, GED or equivalent; OR
•At least one year of full-time work experience in security work or aviation screener work; or with x-ray technician work.
Qualifications: Naturally, all candidates for security screener jobs must be able to pass a background investigation including a credit check. Candidates must also be able to pass drug and alcohol screening. A complete list of physical requirements will be found on the application form.

Training: Transportation security screener candidates must successfully complete training, including:
