Civil Disobedience Now

What do we mean by the revolution?  The war?  That was no part of the revolution.  It was only an effect and consequence of it.  The revolution was in the minds of the people.
John Adams, 1815

If we think about our common roots we will look within and know we treasure our liberty.

We value fairness and don't like others who jump the line.

We feel empathy for others and become part of the images of Americans helping neighbors who've lost everything many miles away.

Americans help with their labor, their donation and their time.

From time to time in history Americans have donated all that they could have, their lives.

Memorials in the park and scrapbooks in the attic are testaments to who we really are.

The one thing we are not is defeatist; Americans rise to a real challenge and work together.

We now face a time where too many of us must find a way to lighten our heavy load.

Americans can do that:  I will help you and you will help me.

Even if I carry a full load, if half of it is yours and half of it is mine we've each relieved the other of half our burden.

With this in mind watch the following 4-minute carefully.  You and I can start making drastic changes for the better right now...today!  We can belong to different political parties, different clubs and churches and still make it all happen.  We don't need politicians at any level to interfere or donate money to pressure groups competing for our money.

We just need to behave, for a time, like the Americans we are.  Join me now and watch this wonderfully short video with a simple solutions to a big problem.  Most of us will go out today and do some shopping.  If not we'll journey out tomorrow.  Either way, watch this video and share it.  If we follow the advice provided we will have journeyed in the same direction together...as the real Americans we already are.

Follow the link or watch the video below and let's do this together!

My thanks to a friend and patriot who emailed the video to me late last night.

Strength and Honor.
