In Defense of the Constitution: An Act of Self-Defense Against Tyranny


[Author’s Note – My Oath:  “I, (name), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _______ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”   DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers]


To my many readers from other nations:  Beware the conclusions you or your governments draw and the actions you might contemplate.  While I believe that you should be aware of what is transpiring in the United States I would urge you to be prudent.  Our original Declaration of Independence (included at bottom) and its list of grievances apply today as we face our new arrogant and pompous King George.


The United States is guided, first and foremost, by our Constitution which embodies We the People.  We have veered off our proper path and now face the assault by those who do not support our Constitution.  Our enemies desire a 20th century tyranny only scaled larger to 21st century technological capabilities, an Orwellian State.  The veneer is presented as the natural consequence of a global economy or a shrinking world.  The truth is better found in history; it is yet another attempt by those with influence and power to acquire more and to control more at the people’s expense.


The recently revealed and un-Constitutional actions by our NSA demonstrate our need to return to the basics of our Constitution.  It means fiscal responsibility and smaller government and this is what threatens people and organizations that have everything to lose if that were to happen.  These people and organizations speak of peace but they promote war; they openly push for unity but they promote division; they say they support their citizens but only abuse them instead.  We are not meant to be the world’s policeman nor are we meant to be the enforcer for the United Nations, a bogus and corrupt organization.  We are not meant to have a centralized government controlling all aspects of our lives.  We are meant to be free.


For those nations, like Communist China, which are holding the bad debt of the United States...good luck trying to collect!  You entered into these financial arrangements with a series of Administrations that were improperly empowered and through a Federal Reserve that is in no way connected to our government nor subordinated to our Constitution.  The Fed is more closely aligned with the interests of European central bankers and their penchant for the monetary enslavement of nations, yours included.  It is time to wake up; We the People will never surrender any of the United States to you.  You were sold a pack of lies in Washington, DC and We the People will not be the guarantors for the corrupt or the criminals among us.



Our nation must be tested once more because our elected representatives, who were charged with great responsibility, failed to live up to their oaths of office.  This Progressive/fascist process has been unfolding since 1913 and is now in its final stages.  Human frailty, temptation, ego drive human nature and, without willful self-control, default to “the law of the jungle”, survival of the fittest, the use of force to acquire that which won’t be surrendered voluntarily or freely.  We should have been more vigilant and our trust has been violated.



The American Experiment is under assault.  Those who would destroy our Republic and its Constitution will not give up voluntarily.  Instead our situation is a replica of that moment when General Howe entered Boston with the express purpose of disarming the people and to force the colonists to accept more abuses by King George.  King George and General Howe pursued their agenda and it led to Lexington, the start of the Revolutionary War.  Modern day Tories, the Progressives, yearn to be part of nobility with the requisite titles and serfs.  Washington refused a crown, refused a third term as President, and supporters of our Constitution do not want any trappings of monarchy on our shores.



Many, myself included, are convinced that war appears to be inevitable.  Many talk of a coming Civil War and that description is not quite accurate.  Patriots will be fighting fellow citizens who have become domestic enemies (i.e., those who have broken with the Constitution).  In effect, Patriots will be required to fight the Revolutionary War all over again.  This time we need to rid our shores of all the Tories that stayed behind in 1776.



The battle will be fought between those of us who are Oath Keepers and those of us who have chosen to become Oath Breakers.  Always bear in mind that those on both sides took the same oath.  To the globalists and to those elsewhere on planet Earth I can only suggest that you back away and spare us all the violence.  Obama will not be successful in “totally transforming” this nation.  He will have caused great pain the world round but Americans will recover and become stronger for the experience.  The choice is yours and screw diplomacy.

 
AND NOW TO MY POSTING





Yesterday and in the spirit of fairness I reported via email my conversation with Mr. Chris Haug, Chief of Media Relations at Fort Hood.  He said the matter was under investigation but that initial reports did not support the allegations.  The allegations charged that the Army was teaching its soldiers that Christians and Tea Partiers were radical extremists.



The attached report (see above link) would now indicate that Mr. Haug has been misled himself or is purposefully misdirecting our attention.  The opening paragraph follows:  The Secretary of the Army has halted training programs that characterize conservatives as radical extremists in light of numerous media reports which highlighted how recruits were being taught that Christians were to be considered “domestic hate groups.”



The report would have us believe that rogue individuals supplemented approved instruction materials but anyone who has been in the military knows that this is a ridiculous claim.  If true, it would represent a total breakdown of command authority and a distinct lack of discipline.  The offending aspect of this is that the Army got caught promoting Progressive propaganda to our soldiers.



The truly offensive aspect of this is that it demonstrates the Army leadership’s lack of familiarity with the Constitution, on the one hand, and the utter disregard for the oath they all took, on the other hand.  You cannot support and defend ANYTHING that you do not know or UNDERSTAND.  My concern, then, is the prospect that many of our military will sell out or continue to be duped by an Administration hell-bent on destroying our nation.



I’ll give you one example to share (and here for my military and ex-military friends):  If the president orders active duty military, under the guise of a FEMA-led emergency or not, to go out and assist DHS in the arrest or detention of civilians OR to forcefully confiscate the weapons of Americans, THEN THE MILITARY WILL HAVE ACTED AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION.  If the military were to enter into this kind of behavior they will, in effect, be the proximate cause and be primarily guilty of initiating the next Revolutionary War.



My oath is crystal clear to me.  I refer to and re-read the Constitution several times each year.  If you are in uniform and have not read the Constitution in over a year you are placing both of us in harm’s way.  You will place me in danger for I will have no choice but to act as an Oath Keeper.  You will be endangered for taking irresponsible actions as an Oath Breaker.  If you read the words “we pledge our lives and sacred honor” and find it funny or corny you have become part of the problem.



Reflect now because the globalists are going to play you (i.e., the military) against We the People before the end of 2014 and most probably in conjunction with the mid-term elections.  The declared state of emergency will either be contrived or a response to a domestic false flag operation.  Some of you may think this ridiculous but, I assure you, anyone in the Special Ops or the intelligence communities will not.  It’s your choice to either think or obey blindly like a well-trained mutt.
 
Un-Constitutional laws are bogus and invalid.  The NDAA and the Patriot Act are two major examples of the malfeasance of the federal government and the timid support by the DOD.  Indefinite detention of American citizens on American soil without Constitutional protections?!  Take off your military uniform of the United States and go to Communist China.


I don’t expect civilians who have been the victims of diluted education (like many of our young recruits) to understand but I will never forgive those in uniform who fail to analyze the current battlefield and the order of battle that is presented to us.  Keep this in mind:  Americans who love the Republic are not insurgents or terrorists.  We will not start any hostilities.  We will respond to your failure to uphold the Constitution should you decide to do so.  Should you take part in operations aimed at the destruction of this Constitutional Republic all Oath Keepers and true Patriots must declare you an oath breaking domestic enemy and respond accordingly.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

 

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

 He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

 He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

 He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

 He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

 He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

 He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

 He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

 He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

 He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

 He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

 He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

 He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

 For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

 For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

 For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

 For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

 For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

 For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences

 For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

 For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

 For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

 He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

 He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

 He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

 He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

 He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

 

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

 

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

 

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
